My name is Thaddeus Lin, sDPT, FRCms. I’m the creator and author of MYOMIND.

At the time of writing this (July 2019) I’m currently enrolled in a Doctor of Physical Therapy program. I love exploring concepts, ideas, and systems in order to arrive at pragmatic, balanced principles that guide thought processes and decision-making. The first iteration of MYOMIND was a fitness-specific blog; however, this iteration of MYOMIND will serve as a platform to share my written thoughts on a whole host of topics that still includes physical culture and fitness, but also includes human behavior, consciousness, context, perception, objects and design, food and culture, and everything in between (i.e. whatever else I feel like writing about). Accordingly, the articles on this site have been delineated into three main categories: those of a physical nature, those of a mental nature, and those of a material nature. The first category is where you’ll find articles on diet, training, movement; the second is for thoughts and musings on any number of far-ranging topics; and the third is for in-depth reviews of clothing, accessories, and gear.
